LOST returns!

I am so excited! Season 4 of Lost starts tonight! Are you with me?!?!?

Is anyone out there a Lostie like me? I love this show! I can't wait to

see what happens. Hopefully the writer's strike will end in time for us to

get to see all 16 episodes in a row. If not, we'll just see 8 I guess. I'll take

what I can get!

I love the above photo of Dave Waterskiing....isn't it AWESOME! He ROCKS!!
I love that man. :)

A shout out to Tracy!

My super-cool niece Tracy from CA is a scrapbooker too! Hi Tracy! (& Adam & Kaeylin)!
she asked what kind of stamp I used for the border of the last scrapbook page....They are from Autumn Leaves....but Technique Tuesday has some similar ones. They are both clear acrylic stamps. Love them! I am so totally psyched that she scraps too! Hey Tracy! check out Scraplove.com! *wink, wink* See ya soon!

Good Morning!

I hope all of you slept better than I! (I woke up every hour!) Grrrr!
I just wanted to say that3 months from how we'll be on our Caribbean Cruise! yea!
This was a LO from last year's cruise!
Why don't you try stamping a border on a LO and overlap the picture! (I used paint). :)

Quick Hello...

Here's a scrapbooking challenge from Scrapbook Play: compare your baby picture to that of your child's baby picture. Since we don't have kids yet...this is what I came up with. :)
Today I have a 12 hr work day, so not much gets done around the house. when I get home from work tonight I will just crash. zzzzzz.

2008 photos

Snow, Sickness, and a Sad note.

This is a picture from Summer 2006 at Aunt Janey's Cabin on Diamond Lake. This is Tanner and Carter having a blast!

Well, we woke up this morning to snow. Not just a dusting but 1 inch. And they say more is coming tonight and all week! Thanks to La Nina... I think it's pretty (as long as I don't have to drive in it). We don't get much snow usually in Western Washington so I actually enjoy it.

I made a trip to Urgent Care yesterday because the right 1/2 of my throat was swollen and painful. Turns out I have a double ear infection (who knew?) I can usually tell these things but this time--no. Thanks to amoxicillin and some vicotuss I am well on the way to recovery and I actually slept through the night. (So did Dave since I took cough syrup).

On a sad note, last night the prophet of our church died. President Gordon B. Hinkley.

Lastly, a scrapbooking challenge: Scrap a Layout using a 10x12 or 12x12 picture!

Thanks Carlen

I can always count on my sister to push me in the direction I should go. (Of course it doesn't mean I won't go there kicking and screaming all the way! EEEKKKk! O My Gosh! I have a blog! How did that happen?)
Now the pressure is on. I so don't want to be on of those blogs where someone posts every 3 months. And of course I want to say something meaningful when I do post. Oh, the pressure!
All I can say is Fair Warning: Most of my posts will contain scrapbook Layouts, scrapbook challenges, scrapbook themes, or at least pictures! You've been warned.
On that note: this Layout features Carlen's Beautiful, sweet, silly family! I love them!
