20 Wonderful Years!

This week we celebrated 20 years of married Bliss...no kidding.

I am so lucky to be married to my best friend for all eternity!

I Love Dave so much.

He is my rock, my strength, my support, my confidant.

I think he is supper sexy and so fun!

Dave 20 years went too fast...lets do 60 more!

Hawaii 2011

We had a wonderful time on the Big Island of Hawaii. We stayed in an awesome condo that Suzanne booked in the Waikoloa area of Kona. We had beautiful weather and it wasn't too busy (probably due to the Tsumani that hit the week before). We loved relaxing and exploring for a whole week. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary (June of this year) and my 40th birthday-late (Dec. of last year).

It is always hart to adjust to "real life" when we get home. I go through "Dave withdrawl".

2010 - A year in review.

Wow. I has really been way too long since I posted.

2010 brought a lot of changes.

We had to put our black lab "Angus" to sleep in July.

Dave's parents moved to Utah in August.

Our boat was in the repair shop all year long.

Michele's car quit running in October & we had to fix that too.

Dave's good friend Larry died.

Michele's 97 year old grandpa died.

Our good friends the Wolferts moved to Utah. (I guess it's just another good reason to visit right??)


On a positive note:

We visited Arizona 3 times, and California once.

I got to see the Grand Canyon....Finally!

We made our annual trip to Idaho also.

We drove Dave's parent's cars to Utah...14 hrs straight.

Michele turned 40. (Dave took me to the Palisades for dinner--Yum).

Michele was called as YW Secretary/PP specialist in Crestwood Ward.

We've had fun turning our remaining lab "Otis" into a semi-indoor dog at the age of 12.

(Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?)

And much more.


Looking forward, 2011 will bring:

A 20th anniversary trip to Hawaii (Dave & I have never been).

At least one trip to Utah and probably a couple to AZ too.

Hopefully, a boat that runs.

And a healthy (cross our fingers) 12-year old lab named Otis will turn 13 in August.

A fun time for Michele working in YW and with her friend Darcy (YW President).

Maybe more scrapbooking. (I didn't do much at all in 2010).

Definately more fun with Dave every single day.
