Snow, Sickness, and a Sad note.

This is a picture from Summer 2006 at Aunt Janey's Cabin on Diamond Lake. This is Tanner and Carter having a blast!

Well, we woke up this morning to snow. Not just a dusting but 1 inch. And they say more is coming tonight and all week! Thanks to La Nina... I think it's pretty (as long as I don't have to drive in it). We don't get much snow usually in Western Washington so I actually enjoy it.

I made a trip to Urgent Care yesterday because the right 1/2 of my throat was swollen and painful. Turns out I have a double ear infection (who knew?) I can usually tell these things but this time--no. Thanks to amoxicillin and some vicotuss I am well on the way to recovery and I actually slept through the night. (So did Dave since I took cough syrup).

On a sad note, last night the prophet of our church died. President Gordon B. Hinkley.

Lastly, a scrapbooking challenge: Scrap a Layout using a 10x12 or 12x12 picture!
